All prices are for FedEx/DHL deliveries - please be ready to work with US Customs. It is customer obligation to pay import duties and taxes which might apply to specific goods under the custom laws. We do not take any responsibility for goods which might be illegal to import in specific countries.. If USPS tracking number is shown next to your order - your tariffs are already paid (you may still need to provide to US Customs additional papers for importing certain products).

If you're unable to reorder your previous purchase (such as Evotears, Detralex etc.), it means the product has been removed from the marketplace. You may still be able to find it on our original website, BBeautyBureau. Thank you!

The tracking number is provided through eCrater. Kindly check your Junk or Spam folder, as it’s often found there. For US deliveries use USPS.COM for up to date tracking status.

Our shipments originate from Europe, and all packages are processed through EU and US Customs to distinguish European products from those manufactured in China.

Starting in mid-October 2024, the USPS (in addition to new USCBP requirements) began inspecting or rejecting shipments from the EU containing dietary supplements, eye drops, creams, and similar self-medication products. We are working diligently to ensure that new orders reach you without interruption by using alternative shipping partners. We are also attempting to reroute previous shipments through these partners. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delays.

Shipping is either free or fixed at a specific rate per item and calculated at a checkout. Delivered in 5-35 days worldwide.
